Payment Cards

The Office of the Controller offers university-issued/liable and university-paid credit cards. They can be used anywhere MasterCard is accepted and reduce the need for advances and out-of-pocket reimbursements.

Event Card Information

The Event card provides an efficient method for paying for items associated with hosting meetings and events both on and off campus.

Travel Card Information

The Travel card is the preferred method for paying for travel and travel related services required to conduct university business while in travel status.

Gasoline Card Information

The Gasoline card is an MSU issued credit card for use with non-motor pool, department-owned vehicles. These fleet cards are accepted at thousands of participating gas stations and expensed monthly to the department's default account.
